Avon is quick, easy, and affordable. They have frequent promotions for discounts and free shipping. Items are sometimes out of stock or completely discontinued but the price and ease of ordering keeps me coming back.

I always try new products as they have great sales every couple of weeks. Usually there is a free shipping coupon and that makes trying new things easier. Very fast shipping.
Great customer service. Replace missing items immediately and credited my returns (very few) in a timely manner.

It was easy to order from the site. One of the sale items I ordered wasn't as I expected it to be, but it was too expensive to send it back. However,I know most of the items are quality and they do offer free shipping.

I mostly don't like or use Avon products or clothing, but recently they were the only store offering a hair product I wanted to try. I found it quite easily, got it on sale, got a percentage off, and got a Mr. Rebates rebate. I did pay for shipping, but the overall cost was quite low. I won't order the product again, but this experience was easy and inexpensive. If you want an Avon product, you can't beat this.

Avon has quality merchandise. They have great sales and that's when to get the best bargain for your money. Also their introduction prices on new products are really good. I have always been pleased with their products. They also stand behind them.

The first order I placed with Avon was cancelled, I was never notified. I sent an e-mail and received an answer promptly. The second order was received promptly. The products are at a very good price. Avon products are good. I will visit their web site again and will place an order in the future.

Overall I am very happy with my shopping experience at Avon.com, I shop there often. I am a repeat customer, they offer nice products at reasonable prices and sometimes FREE shipping on orders. The only bad experience(s) I have had is that a certain item(s) I ordered are no longer in stock and are cancelled on my order sheet. Also, sometimes an item I really like, a certain color of lipstick or all over face pencil is no longer available. They stopped making a favorite item I enjoy using and have recently ran out of stock on and is no longer made available. So, I check on eBay to see if someone might have it for sale.

There were several items offered at buy one get one for .99, but the site only recognized the lowest priced items for .99. For example I wanted to order two products that were regularly $16.00 and two products that were regularly $5.00. The site was charging me $32.00 for the first two items and the two $5.00 items came off at .99, my mother used to sell Avon, so I know that's not how it is supposed to work. Now I am just doing two separate orders, which is very inconvenient. The prices offered on the website were fine, except for the discrepancy with the sale items. I had an easy time navigating, but I knew exactly what I was looking for.

I find their products not to be of very good quality. Though they often have good promotions and "2 for" deals, I often do not like the products. Often when shopping, I have difficulty finding my cart and sometimes the contents disappear for no apparent reason. When returning items, it takes forever for them to process the return and you have to pay for the return.

Avon has some wonderful specials such as 2 for one and overall good prices. Plus they describe their products with some detail describing what to expect from their products such as anti-wrinkling creams and sort them out based on your age group. I made a mistake in my order and the service representative was most helpful and immediately corrected the problem. I will shop there again.
