Avon runs great discounts and buy this get this item free offers. Some very cute pink ribbon, Breast Cancer Cure, items.
I only use the website to buy from Avon and the cash back is a bonus. Always look for coupons. They run many specials throughout the year.

They have such a large selection that it’s hard to choose. I was a little disappointed in their shipping. Shipment couldn't be tracked, and when the box arrived, one of the items had opened and leaked all over the other items. Not much packing material to prevent this from happening. However, customer service was great and they replaced the item with no questions asked.

Avon is a great place to shop online. They have great selection as well as great prices. Most of the time you can save on shipping by using a coupon code found on Mr. Rebates.

I order online from Avon often. They are quick with their delivery times. I always get all the products I purchase and am satisfied with their products. I found a wide array of products to choose from on a large selection base.
However, customer service on the web site is not a source for accurate information based on my recent experience: the promised confirmation e mail never arrived after I placed an order and the "my account" section indicated that my product was not available despite the fact that my order confirmation showed an "expected ship date." Nonetheless, I will continue to buy Avon products online because the merchandise is priced lower than that of competitors selling the same quality cosmetics and related items.

Avon carries wonderful products, and it is so nice to be able to order them online! I have only had a few problems where I received the wrong merchandise. One call, and they let me keep the incorrect item and shipped the correct one right away. They do a wonderful job of packing their items to avoid damage in shipping, also.

I love ordering through Avon.com, especially I like the special offer prices.
Products are of great quality and I always receive my order on time.
I checked Avon catalog and noticed products that I cannot find on their website. I would like to be able to order everything through internet. To busy to deal with Avon lady.

I love shopping at Avon.com! No parties to deal with, no salespeople, just a huge selection of your favorite products. The prices can't be beat and the shipping is very fast (within a few days).
Their site is easily navigated by product and they have easy links to all sale and clearance merchandise.
The only drawback that I can see for buying Avon online is that color selection is not done in person. I have used Avon for years and I am familiar with the colors and product lines that I like, but someone new to Avon may have a hard time choosing colors based on an online pictures.

I like this online store and their product selection. And now Avon.com offers the promotions selection. The way to find product is good, but I would add the seach by keyword. Actually, the search engine could be better.
