Office Depot is an okay place to shop if the price is right.
I usually only purchase sale items through them, but I have gotten some great deals this way.
Their checkout and delivery process are so-so, but they do have one neat feature: In-store pickup. You can order something online and pick it up at your local store. The other big office stores don't do this yet.
Overall, Office Depot isn't the best, but if you can get a deal there, don't hesitate to do so.

Never had a problem when they shipped my orders via UPS, but now they have started delivering it themselves. My order was left at someone else's home. I was home the entire day and never saw an Office Depot truck on our street. I called Customer Service, and they said they would re-deliver at no cost. The original order turned up 4 days later. My second order again was delivered elsewhere. Whoever was receiving my orders had Office Depot arrange for UPS to pick up the delivery, and re-deliver to my house. So I ended up with 2 orders for the price of 1. But the mix up in delivery is not worth the hassle. I will not order from them in the future.

Overall experience was good. The only problem, which seems to be increasing problem, is that they are discontinuing products I have used for a long time and I am not too happy with the replacements for those discontinued products. Other than that, Office Depot is great.

I am very satisfied with my purchase - I purchased a laptop online and the order was ready in less than 30 minutes. The manager even offered a leather laptop bag for 10.00. My local Office Depot always has great selections and pricing!

When I ordered the site said "Free next day shipping." I did not receive my order "next day, " received it a full 4 days later. I placed my order Thursday, so I expected it Friday or Saturday... not Sunday. I am very disappointed by this. I also placed an order with Staples on the same day and I received that order Friday.
