Love everything about Lands End. Whole family wears their clothing. The best thing they offer Free Shipping very often, have great sales and carry Plus size clothing for children. My daughter is above average in height so it is also great that they hem for free. It is very hard to find pants for a 10 yr old that is 5'4" so the free hemming is wonderful.
Also great styles for me and my husband.

I love their shoes, they are really comfortable. Also like their t-shirts, although I wish they made them a little longer. Love the fact that I can return an item to the local Sears store. This make it really convenient for exchanges too.

Great high-quality clothes! Items sometimes out of stock in colors/sizes, however they do give an accurate ship date. Deals lately, and often ship for free.

Clothing at Lands' End is of excellent quality, however I have had to return several items because the clothing runs large, tops too long, sleeves too long, etc. This gets expensive because the buyer pays quite a bit for return shipping. Shipping is quite fast, but takes a long time for a refund to appear in your account.

Quick shipping and delivery. Merchandise may appear pricey compared to similiar items in stores - but the clothing wears well and holds up after many washings. Can get excellent deals during their sales and close-outs.

I love shopping at Land's End for my grandchildren!!! The quality is excellent, and they ship really fast. If a product should not hold up as expected, just return it for a new one (it does not matter when you purchased it). Land's End just wants you to be happy with their products! My overall rating was a 9 because I wish they had more SALES on coats (real markdowns).

Lands End still relies heavily on its catalogs. So sometimes when I wanted to buy something online that was in their catalog, they were sold out. This has happened more than once. Other than that, their quality is superb for the price, and I have always been happy with their products. Their customer service is top notch, and it's very easy to return something (even though they charge you).

I love Lands' End! The quality of their products is excellent and the return policy can't be beat. I think their pricing is very reasonable for the quality that you receive. I bought a relatively inexpensive attaché case that lasted for many years of very hard use. Their men's shirts are fantastic and I also buy many of my shoes and jackets from them. I couldn't be happier!

Lands' End has the best customer service around. A real person answers the phone when your call! All of their products are basically guaranteed for life. Their prices are great, especially considering that the clothes and other items are of high quality.

Overall Lands End is a decent website. They offer lots of sizes including petites which is not always easy to find. The clothing isn't always the most "hip" but it is well made.

Lands' End has always been a reliable store and seems to be continue to be even as they are now owned by Sears. Their outdoor merchandise is always of high quality and lasts indefinitely. Although they often seem pricey, you get what you pay for from them!
