Ordering is very easy. The merchandise is very well made and wears like iron. The styles are always fresh and up to date. If you did need to return something it can be mailed or taken to any Sears with your receipt.

I ordered this purchase using the Land's End overstock's website. They had great prices but no inventory! I had intentions of buying five items but only one was available.
The website itself is easy to use and quick. I will shop again at Land's End but I was disappointed with the availability of products.

Lands End made it very easy to shop. One thing I loved is they sent a free cloth swatch before I ordered anything. They also have a great return policy.

Easy to use website. The only problem I had is that pictures of merchandise were not detailed. I used the live chat feature to ask about laundering instructions and found the representative honest and responsive. They gave real answers instead of a sales pitch.
First time using Lands End site. I would try again. I am awaiting my shipment.

I am a huge fan of Lands' End. Their overall product and customer service can't be beat. I love their women's swim suits. I have found my size and I have ordered many over the past few years. LE knows how to cut a swim suit for an adult women's body...hooray!! Almost all of the suits have been a perfect fit with a few exceptions. Returns are easy -- they can be brought to your local Sear's store for a no-hassle, free of charge return.
I have ordered other clothing from LE also. The quality is always top notch. The Overstocks department is fantastic, lots of good bargains to be found. Shop at the end of season for next year.

I use their overstock department all the time for the best overall value. The best buy I got was a bra for $4.99. My son is slender, so I usually get a good deal on pants. I have used the monogram in the past. It looks wonderful.
I wish they would have a wider selection of skirts and dresses.

I would love to see Land's End include more specific sizing information (i.e. sleeve length, waist, chest, length from back of neck to hem, etc.) for each garment or group of garments. This would help customers choose a size more easily and confidently. Currently, when you click on Sizing Information you are taken to a generic page with generic numbers. It's difficult to select a winter coat based on a height measurement when there are so many other factors to take into account, like weight, arm length, etc. Measurements specific to each garment would be a great help to busy moms with growing kids, and others as well!

I have made several purchases online from Lands' End, and each one has gone smoothly, from product selection through payment. When I had a question about an item I wanted to order, the online chat session answered my questions clearly. The quality of merchandise is excellent, and my orders always arrive promptly. When I need to return items, I appreciate that I may return them to a Sears store at any time instead of paying for return shipment.

I have been buying from Land End for about 5 years and have always been pleased with my purchases. Any returns I have made were mainly for size. Their return policy is GREAT!!! At any time, if you are not satisfied, you may return the products to them with no problem!! Also, anything bought online may be returned to your local Sears store, so there is no return postage to pay. I have bought pj's for my three grandsons for a number of years, and we find that you can't wear them out!!! They have been passed down, and are still like new when the next guy gets them! High quality goods.
