INTRODUCTION:
Mr. Rebates is sponsoring the "Countdown to Christmas 2010" contest (the "Contest") with approximately five $100 bonus prizes given per day to random eligible entrants.

ELIGIBILITY:
The Contest is only open to residents of the United States (excluding Florida, New York and Rhode Island citizens) who are 18 years of age, or the age of majority by law, or older at time of entry. This contest is void where prohibited by law.  Furthermore, No Purchase is Necessary for this contest. See the bottom of these contest rules for directions on the manual entry procedure. 

Further eligibility restrictions not defined above are as such:

An "eligible member" must have a registered account at Mr. Rebates and be logged into that account.

An "eligible member" must not be employees of Mr. Rebates or its affiliates, subsidiaries, participating advertising or promotion agencies.

An "eligible member" must be a resident of the United States (excluding Florida, New York and Rhode Island citizens) who is 18 years of age, or the age of majority by law, or older at time of entry.

An "eligible member" must click-through to a Mr. Rebates' listed store, coupon, product search listing or store banner ad.  A Mr. Rebates listed store is any store included within the Mr. Rebates website.  This constitutes the definition of a "store click-through".

An "eligible member" must have at least one purchase/rebate present in their Mr. Rebates account to be eligible to win on a "store click-through".

An "eligible member" only gets a random chance to win on their first 25 "store click-throughs" per calendar day as determined by the Mr. Rebates' web server clock in Eastern Standard Time. 

If an "eligible member" does win a prize, they are no longer an "eligible member" for the duration of the contest.

Any attempt to earn multiple entries through multiple "non-unique" accounts will be IMMEDIATELY DISQUALIFIED for the contest at Mr. Rebates' full discretion.

TIMING:
This Contest begins on 12:00 AM EST November 26th, 2010 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on December 24th, 2010.

CRITERIA FOR WINNING THE CONTEST:
A valid "store click-through" from an "eligible member" will have the potential to win a $100 bonus prize determined by a random contest algorithm.  If the "store click-through" is selected as a winner by the algorithm, the "eligible member" will be notified with a winning landing page and a $100 bonus will be automatically added to their Mr. Rebates' account.  If a non "eligible member" is selected as a winner as governed by the eligibility restrictions, a new "eligible member" for that day will be selected by the random winning algorithm.

PRIZES:
The prize(s) for the Contest consists of a daily batch of approximately five $100 prizes given randomly to "eligible members".

Each prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. No substitute or transfer of prizes is permitted. Expenses not specifically stated are the sole responsibility of the winner. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in the disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Prizes are non-transferable by winner.

If fraud or any type of tampering is detected in the sole determination of Mr. Rebates, the individual prize can be voided and removed from the offending Mr. Rebates' account.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
The Contest is governed by the laws of the United States. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.  Participation in the Contest constitutes participant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest or the prize.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
Sponsor Mr. Rebates reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest if fraud or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Contest as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor further reserves the right to modify these Official Rules in its sole discretion for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Contest.

If for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, human error or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Contest, Mr. Rebates reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. In the event of such cancellation, Mr. Rebates reserves the right to award prizes in a random drawing from all entries received before the time of cancellation.

Mr. Rebates assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Mr. Rebates is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Contest.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

COMPLIANCE AFFIRMATION. By entering this Contest you agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules. The Official Rules will be posted at the Contest Landing Page for the Contest Period and through notification of all winners.

ENTERING CONTEST WITHOUT MAKING A PURCHASE
No purchase is necessary for the prize giveaway.  To participate in the prize giveaway, one must send a typed entry with the following subject: "Participation in the Xmas 2010 Contest" with their name and postal address included. Only 1 entry form will be accepted per individual (unique name, unique postal address).   Entry forms should be sent via postal mail to:
