Q. Many people are following my referral links, but I'm only credited with a couple of referrals. Why?

A. First, please remember that not everyone who follows your link is going to sign up as a Mr. Rebates member.

The Mr. Rebates' refer-a-friend program utilizes Internet cookies to reward referrals and is a very accurate system that is tested on a regular basis.

If you feel that you are not being credited properly for certain referrals, please contact us with the potential email addresses of those who signed-up and customer service can look into the issue further.
