Q. What is the difference between "Pending Rebates" and "Available Rebates"?

A. "Pending Rebates" are initially posted to your account upon initial receipt of an order from one of our partner stores. Pending Rebates stay in a "Pending" state for 90 days (based on the "Posting Date") to account for different store return policies, order cancellations and to provide ample time for collection of commissions from stores.

Once Pending Rebates have moved to Available status, those rebates can be "cashed in" by requesting a payment via check or Paypal. Please note that you must meet the minimum amount of Available Rebates needed to request payment which is $10.
