Q. Why did my eBay rebate zero out?

A. Once a month, eBay sends Mr. Rebates a report of transactions that no longer qualify for cash back. The most common reason is that seller fees were not paid on the order in question. Since eBay commissions from these fees, it must recoup seller fees to offer a commission which means the cash back rebate gets reversed per the Mr. Rebates' terms and conditions.
