This is my go to site for all my vitamins. They have a wonderful selection of top quality brands but I have found THEIR brand to be a better value all around. Great customer service. Fast and efficient .

I collected items I was interested in over time and couldn't figure out to save it to a 'wish list' or as they call it 'Favorites'. I sent them an email and had the answer the next morning. If you want to know - you have to add your item to the shopping cart and then in the shopping cart - save it as a favorite.

This is my favorite vitamin/supplement site. They have the rock bottom, absolute lowest prices for these products! I have not found any site with lower prices. The shipping at $4.99 on any order is nice too. I have never had any issues at all with any order or any product. It has all been great. My only reason for a 9 overall rather than a 10 is because I paid extra for the 2 day shipping, and it ended up taking a week. Wasn't worth the extra money for faster shipping. Other than that, this site is TOP on my list of favorites!!!

I am a fairly frequent shopper with Vitacost. I believe them to have the lowest prices on the products that I use the most.
They have reasonable shipping costs and turnaround time. I have had to use customer service a couple of times and found them to be fairly knowledgeable and helpful.
Overall I recommend Vitacost for your health care and beauty needs.

I'm in the minority here, but I felt obliged to present a differing opinion of Vitacost. I've only placed two orders here, two years apart, and both were horrible experiences. I'm very sorry I decided to give them a second chance. They have great prices, but they don't inform you when something is out of stock before you order. And their customer service doesn't return emails!
I placed an order recently, only to receive an email a few days later that two of my three items were on backorder. I was annoyed because I was in a hurry for those items, but the availability date they gave was only a week away so I decided to wait. After that date passed I received another email saying that they had cancelled that portion of my order, but would ship the remainder in 24 hours. I had no desire to pay their shipping fee for one very inexpensive item, so I immediately emailed back to cancel (per their instructions). There should have been ample time to stop the shipment, but they shipped anyway and never even bothered to reply. I later remembered that this was the exact same problem I had with them on my previous order!
I had intended to refuse delivery and fight if necessary for my refund, but the box it arrived in was crushed, partly open, and had obviously been sealed, re-opened, and then sealed again with a different type of tape. Not by me!! But the USPS refused to accept it back because they said once it had been opened I couldn't refuse delivery. Since I had mentioned that I would be refusing delivery if they shipped, it makes me wonder if it was all intentional. I'll never shop there again. I've since seen many other similar complaints about Vitacost on other review sites, so buyer beware!

I love, love, love shopping here! They have unbeatable prices on a lot of natural/organic/cruelty free products. They ship fast (usually 2 days from the day you place the order). I cannot write enough good things about this store.

Very good selection of products. Prices seem very reasonable. Shipping is always very prompt and my package always arrives is excellent condition.
They give a very good description of the product and their website is easy to navigate. I enjoy reading the reviews of the product that I am considering purchasing as this factors into my decision to pruchase a particular product.

Great prices on supplements but poor customer service. I contacted them three business days ago and have not gotten a reply. I have called the 800 number for service and they were not very helpful. My ezship orders have never worked because of some glitch in their system. Last bottle of supplements I received had a cocoon/bug in the fresh, unopened bottle. Gross!

I liked the overall site with the exception of the 'Checkout' being difficult to locate. It's not in 'bold ' nor is a different font color used to draw attention to it. It is located in the upper right area of the page and not in prominent view. I found myself in a circling mode until I finally did a close scrutiny of the entire page. This was frustrating. Once I found the 'Checkout' the purchase transaction went quickly.
The prices are good and there is a very good selection of quality products/manufacturers.

The site is easy to navigate to find items and pricing is excellent. Not all items are available, but stores can't carry everything. I usually only order protein shake powder, but that is all I require from this type of site. I would check this site for items while price shopping on the internet. Overall I am very satisfied with their service.
