Recently unemployed I went on-line searching for the least expensive printer ink that I could find and after comparing prices on six major chain sites, Walmart beat them all even including shipping.
The site is user friendly and I will order from them again.

Not as complete of a selection online, but easy to find what you need and the prices are lower than many other places. The bonus of only 97 cent shipping on items is great.

I bought a crib, mattress and bedding to be delivered to the store. The web site said it would be there in 7-10 days but it took over 3 weeks. Price was excellent and product was good but slow delivery was disappointing.

They lost bike in the store!!
Bought bike and used site to store with free shipping. After 3+ weeks (not 7 days their site says) they send me email about lost it in the store.
When I came in to store next weekend I found my bike in a box on the flore with my name on it and all my information included (name, adress. credit card number). Anybody can use it.
Never will use this site again!!!

Generally, a good place to shop. However, when placing an order online it is virtually impossible to cancel. When trying to cancel by talking to a rep, assurance is given that the order is cancelled only to find out later that’s not the case.

I have been ordering pictures for quite some time...easy to do and convenient to either pickup in 1 hour or have sent to my house (at a lower price). I have "stayed away" from ordering other items from walmart.com because of their high shipping rates...didn't seem like I was saving much money. I like the new option of having shipment sent to the store with free shipping! That way I can shop at ease on-line and pickup items easily...no waiting in long lines. ( hope anyway...trying for the first time today!)

It was easy to navigate around the site. Also I found the selection to be pretty good compared to other retail sites. The 97 cent shipping on allot of their toys was a big bonus! Wal-mart.com has come along way since the first time they opened it up.

I get teased often by my husband about my love of Walmart, whether I shop online or in my local brick and mortar store. It's always a great place to shop for a variety of merchandise, including personal checks at their online store, which some may not realize. Their prices are usually very reasonable and competitive. Any time I have ordered online, the process has been easy and shipping speedy, including on personal check orders.

I ordered DVDs and books during the holiday rush and they had great prices on hard to find items that were in demand. The shipping time was good, usually received them in about a week's time. The quality of their clothing leaves a lot to be desired, but the selections for the home are diverse and many.

I've shopped at Walmart.com since it started. It's gotten better in most regards, especially in the ease of online ordering. I also value higher-end brands offered. They have excellent deals with great shipping and handling cost on products. Customer Service is excellent.

I was thrilled to find the doll I've been searching for! The order and checkout process was easy. I received my order confirmation quickly. I had forgotten my password and it was emailed to me within a few minutes. Overall, very pleased with Walmart.com. I've ordered from them before and have been happy each time!
