I order from Colorful Images quite often & have found a wide variety of merchandise to choose from. There is always some kind of sale going on which makes it a little easier to purchase some of the items that I find to be a bit higher than I would usually pay. I've had to deal with customer service a few times, one being with an item that I thought didn't look like the picture, rather a little cheap. The representative wanted me to send it back and they would issue me a refund on the item, but I had to pay the cost of shipping it back to them. We "discussed" the situation ending with them paying for the return & a refund. Another time I had purchased a sizable order & the next day a sale started which would have given me 30% off my order. I thought that was unfair, sent them an email explaining the situation & I received an email back the next day telling me I would get a refund for the 30% difference plus tax & a very sincere apology for my inconvenience. I've received my orders within the specified time or earlier. I will continue to do business with them as they are one of my favorite stores.

Shipping time is always a little slow on this site. I've never had a problem with the items I've ordered though. Always have been happy with my purchases. The prices are on the high side, but there are always great coupons and deals available to off-set those.

I went to Colorful Images website to purchase checks and found an adorable design with Labradors. Their prices for checks are reasonable. While shopping for the checks I also discovered they sell many other items. It was fun to check everything out.

Colorful Images has a great selection of personalized mailing labels, which I consider their forte. The selection of other items is more limited, so I tend to think of them only when I need address labels. Their shipping is very slow, but I've never had a problem with getting the items, and they've always been correctly personalized. Just be forewarned that if you are ordering something for a gift or that you need by a certain date, give them several weeks of lead time just to play it safe.
