It's the first time I ordered from this site, honestly, their web site need to be improved, I ordered 3 products, but I only got two of them, and one of them with different size. Their service is ok, after doing some online chat, they gave me the refund.
It will be better if they have more accurate product description on website and let user know which is back ordered item.

What a great store! I easily placed my order, and then received my package within 3 days. Their inventory is large, they seem to be well-stocked, and on top of the great Mr Rebates rebate, there was an addition coupon that saved me a lot of money. They even threw in a few (surprise) samples, and shipping is free over $49. Can't beat it, really.

They are one of the cheapest store for upscale beauty products when they have 20% off offer. Also checkout the sale section! The product selection is relatively limited but good enough for me. The shipping was quick and I got my package within days. I'm definitely make another purchase when they have 20% off sale!

The prices are great when you can take advantage of their special 20% off promotions. Otherwise their prices are higher on products that you can also purchase at a drugstore. The shipping was really fast-- I got my items in 2 days with regular shipping.

I was looking for a organic day cream and I have to say that I found the place with skinstore.com and great savings on top of that...10% cashback plus an online coupon that made my item way cheaper than any other place I found. I am so happy with Skinstore.com and I recommend them highly. They have a wonderful selection of items to choose from. There is always a coupon somewhere out there for 10 - 20% off your order, which is great. They respond quickly to you and your items ship very promptly, packaged well, along with samples.
