I purchased a washing machine online from Home Depot. It was delivered very professionally and also set up completely for me. That was all at no additional charge. I was super happy with the quick and helpful delivery. The price on the washing machine was pretty good, lower than most other stores. I did find it on sale at a different major retailer and called Home Depot to see if they would price match, but the woman said no because they only match regular prices not sale prices. She was pretty rude about it too. I still went ahead and ordered from Home Depot anyway because they could deliver it sooner. I have not regretted purchasing through them at all. Other than the rude lady on the phone, the purchase was great. I would recommend Home Depot to others.

Overall easy site to use. Selection is much better than in the store and I even got a great shipping rate on an entire patio set. If you sign up for their emails, they will send % off coupons every month or so.

Home depot has a good selection on electronics. But you must order them when you first see them or they will be gone. Customer service is very helpful. Products are first grade quality.

I don't know how they do it, but they manage to ship their merchandise extremely fast. The best is that you can return it to any store to avoid return shipping costs. And with their free shipping policy, you can take advantage of convenient shop at home selection.
The merchandise was just as described. Would not hesitate to order on-line again.

The Home Depot online store was a great help to me. Both my Mother and I wanted to get gift cards for my sister for Christmas. There are no Home Depot stores within a half hour drive from us, so this was so much more convenient for us. The free shipping also helped out. Overall, this was a very positive shopping experience!

We had an excellent experience with Home Depot. We bough a grill at a great price and love it. The website was convenient and HD offered a little discount, which was nice. The product arrived on time and HD even sent out an email ahead of the grill to let us know it was coming. The only downside to ordering online with HD is that you cannot use the HD gift cards or coupons. I have a $25 gift card and I can only use it at a physical store. HD customer service says they do this to avoid online shopping fraud. But other online merchants honor gift cards, which is what I told the HD customer service rep to no avail. I would still shop online with HD despite this drawback.

Home Depot offers free shipping on many items, which can come in handy if you are purchasing gifts to send to friends or relatives. You can also buy gift cards and add a personal gift message, although I wish they made this a bit nicer for recipients. The message is printed out on a slip of paper with the card attached.

I have purchased a couple of items from Home Depot and have not had any problems receiving the items both from shipping and store pick up. The prices are sometimes better when you purchase online. I have not needed to deal with the customer service, so can not say how that is, but with a Home Depot in almost every town I think you can handle it at the local store. I would recommend Homedepot.com to my friends and family.

I bought shower doors not available in their stores. Shipping was by truck and they were very accommodating and professional. I called about an installation question and was given the correct answer. Shipping was free and the price was much lower than other places. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience.

I ordered a few gift cards from the Home Depot. It is real easy to order gift cards from them, once you find the section on their site to order them. You can add a message to the gift card (it is printed on a sheet included with the gift card). Unfortunately, they do not include a nice envelope for the gift card, as they do when you purchase them form the store (it is glued to the sheet of paper with your message).
