Excellent site! They have a lovely display of dinnerware and other products. My only problem was that the 15% discount was not applied at the time of purchase but a call to the customer service department resolved that. The representative was courteous, spoke English with an easy to understand American accent (!), and adjusted the balance charged to my credit card. Overall, a very good experience and I would order from this site again.

Dishes arrived quickly, well packed however very disappointed in quality of dishes -why would a company make set of dishes that scratch easily?

Pfaltzgraff has a wonderful selection to choose from. There is a pattern for just about everyone! The site has some great sales periodically, and it's a perfect time to stock up on all the basics. Very happy with my purchases!

Pfaltzgraff has great products and sometimes great sales. The shipping prices are very high and some of the items I received were damaged. It took three emails to customer service, but the problem was eventually resolved.
