I love Eddie Bauer! They are sometimes a bit on the pricey side, but their clothing tends to be of a higher quality level than many other stores. Their customer service is great, however, I dislike the standard $3 shipping and handling fee that you must pay no matter what.

I have been ordering both men and women's clothes from Eddie Bauer for sometime now. I am always satisfied with the quality of the clothing. I feel that it is very easy to find what you are looking for and the products arrive timely. The pricing, in my opinion, is always well worth, it but when they are having sales you can get great buys.

Eddie Bauer is one of my favorite online vendors as they have a very good selection for tall men. In fact it appears that virtually all of their men's offerings are available with a Regular and Tall version.
That said, it is a bit confusing when navigating the site if you are looking for something you saw previously...because there is a good chance it will not be online anymore if the fashion "season" has changed. I've learned it's sometimes possible to call the customer service if you have the item number, but otherwise you have to wait for another year to pass.
Additionally, they put a $3.00 service charge on every order along with shipping and taxes. In the past, I've wanted to order a shirt, but after the miscellaneous charges: $3.00 + shipping + tax, it no longer seemed a good value. Clearly the handling fee is less annoying when added to a larger order.
The products I've ordered run the gamut from shoes to hats, and I've almost always been totally satisfied with my purchases. In the rare case where there has been a problem their customer service is helpful and pleasant, and items can be returned to ant Eddie Bauer store.

Eddie Bauer is a little high priced for the quality of their clothes. They do have good sales and items are shipped rapidly. The only reason I buy from them is because my son likes their shirts. I have been pleased with their service.

Eddie Bauer.com has very good quality clothing & shoes. Pricing is a little high but when they offer you a $25 coupon or free shipping at times, it doesn't feel so bad. But just knowing the quality you're getting makes spending a little more worth it. The only thing I'm not crazy about is when you return an item, you do not get your shipping fee back. That's the only down side to ordering with Eddiebauer.com.

This is a great store all around. They have extremely well made, high quality clothing. Their clothes wear like iron, and look great wash after wash. They are well suited for the 30+ set. Eddie Bauer offers lots of wear-to-work options. You can also get a lot of natural fabrics here. Their shipping is expensive, but they accept internet returns at their retail stores. They guarantee their products, and will accept returns at any time if you are unsatisfied for any reason. They offer more updated styles all the time. They also have one of the widest ranges of sizes available, from petite to tall, x-small to 4x. Shop here with confidence!

Their website is organized and fast. There is only one thing I didn't like about is that the site wouldn't allow certain items from catalogs to be in Wish List. I believe it is by design but I really wish to be able to save those items in Wish List for my future purchase considerations.
