I agree with the previous comments that it can be hard to find what you're looking for on their webpage. You often need to know the name of they style you want, or you can waste some time searching.l They've recently increased what you need to spend to get free shipping. That said, I love Jockey panties!!! Since I've ordered from them, I get a print catalog a couple times a year. They typically have at least one great coupon, i.e. 20 - 25% off which is a good time to stock up. However, I've sometimes found Jockey products at lower costs at other online sellers, i.e. Bare Necessities.

I love jockey panties. They have a great fit and hold up well after washes. If you like full fitting briefs, purchase the french cut as they look sexy. The microfiber
panties are very soft and easy to wear. Jockey sends orders out very quick.

Great shopping experience. They offer free shipping if you spend 65$ or more so that is great but I looked everywhere to find a coupon code for discount but no luck. I’m really happy with all the items I bough though great quality but a little pricy but I guess everything will maybe last longer. Time will tell.

The site is a little hard to navigate unless you know exactly what you want. I wish they would put all undergarments (for example) on one page so you can cross-compare styles. The order total to get free shipping is a little high ($65). The one thing I can rave about is their return process. Your order comes with a postage-paid return sticker, so you don't have to pay return shipping charges. Furthermore, all returns are immediately credited, rather than having you send in the product, do the exchange and then ship your new order.
