Cookies were shipped on the day they were supposed to be delivered so obviously they were late. Came mostly cracked. Customer service poor. No excuse or apology for sending cookies late. Resent gift since they were all broken. 2nd shipment in worse condition.

Love the cookies! Have been ordering them for years and they never fail to make the recipient very happy! The frosted cookies are unbelievably soft and tasty. I live far from Ohio, their home state, but the goodies always arrive fresh and in great condition. You can't go wrong with these!

I love this cookie store. It is located in Ohio where I have family so the items are shipped and received quickly. From camp to college to birthday and work surprises, I have used Cheryl and Co to make someone feel special. The only problem I've ever had was that some chocolates in a box of cookies shipped to Texas ended up melted onto some cookie wrappers. A little messy but I didn't complain because I didn't priority ship. I like that all items are individually wrapped, have a nice presentation and keep very well in the freezer if there are any cookies left.
