I love this store and never really had any problems with ordering or making returns. The only issue I do have with Bluefly is selection of sizes. It happened way too often when I like something and want to buy it only to discover that they have this item in some crazy sizes that probably never got sold in retail stores, so they end up at Bluefly. I might be wrong, but it always seem to be the same problem. Other than that, the site is easy to navigate and place an order, everything gets shipped nicely packaged and returns/refunds is a breeze.

Shipping is a little slow based upon how much they charge. You only get free refund shipping if you get a bluefly credit and there are no exchanges - you have to place a new order, so you may lose the price you paid for a particular item if you need a different color, size, etc.

One can find a great deal at Bluefly on certain items. However, many items are companies many have not heard of. They usually offer some sort of addition discount which is nice and they have pretty fast shipping.

Bluefly.com has great deals on authentic designer items, however, availability does tend to be limited and because of this, they do not offer exchanges. They do have friendly customer service representatives on the phone and returns are easy to make with a generous 90 day policy. Items are packaged with personalized care and the person who packs your stuff even signs their name on the sticker. They have great pictures on site and it's easy to zoom in for more detail. They frequently have great contests and promos and it's always advisable to use a code to get additional discounts on their already low prices.
