Since I usually go for the "sale" or "clearance"...I often run into a problem with getting my size. But, if it is available, I get it at an awesome price. Quick delivery! And, I love the fact that Anntaylorloft.com loves TEACHERS!

No other store offers style finder. This is a great service that I think all stores should offer!! Their customer service is also the best I have ever dealt with. However, it would be nice if each season they had clothes available in more than just 3 or 4 set colors. Even though they are a little pricey, if you shop sales, you will get good quality clothes for a great price!

I feel that the quality and customer service of Ann Taylor Loft has decreased over the last year. It seems that the employees are not very knowledgeable regarding the products, fits, etc. I used to shop there very often, but lately I would rather shop elsewhere. I have purchased some tops and bottoms there in the last couple of months that did not last more than 2 or 3 wearings, before they started to become tattered.

I needed to order a gift certificate for Christmas. It was quick and easy. They processed my order in a very timely manor and it arrived at my door with in a few days. (I thought that was pretty good considering that it was so close to the holiday) The gift card even came with a pretty box. It was a pleasant surprise.

I have made several purchases on Anntaylorloft.com. The clothes are stylish with very good quality. The prices are very reasonable. I love the ease of ordering online and their convenient return policy (merchandise can be returned and exchanged at the stores.). One of my favorite online stores!

Overall, a great place to shop. They often have coupons which are an added bonus. The added long pants and size 11 shoes are also great for tall people like me who have trouble finding sizes. I just wish everything that is in store was made available online, because my store often has limited inventory. My only complaint about the site is that it often hangs up when browsing and takes a few clicks to get back to the previous page.

Ann Taylor Loft has wonderful career wear at a good price. The online store has somewhat limited selections and the photos are not the best representation of the clothes. The ease of ordering and customer service are first rate.
