I like the quality of these clothes and the ease of using their site. They do offer coupons which is one of the reasons I shop with them. Didn't have to use customer service.

Great clothes for work. Also, they have really good sales. Sizes are bigger than normal - I'm usually a medium and take a small or xsmall here. Generally very good quality clothes for the price; more professional clothes than casual.

There is a sale at Ann Taylor at the moment. They have good clothing for work. I especially like their selection for petites. I had to check their website many times per day as the selection of the sale items seemed to change throughout the day.

It was easy to navigate the website, which is clearly laid out by category. There was a wide range of merchandise in petite sizes, including 00 petite and XXS petite. I was a bit disappointed to see that sometimes items in my particular size were sold out.

Overall, a great place to shop. They often have coupons which are an added bonus. The added long pants and size 11 shoes are also great for tall people like me who have trouble finding sizes. I just wish everything that is in store was made available online, because my store often has limited inventory. My only complaint about the site is that it often hangs up when browsing and takes a few clicks to get back to the previous page. Ann Taylor's pricing is always high, but if you catch their sales early on, and combine it with coupons, you can get a great deal. The quality and durability of the clothing is very good.
