I have no problem with the merchandise,the ease of ordering, or the timely manner in which I receive my order. The reason I did not place my order today, and on several other occasions, is because I find the shipping fees to be very high. Over eight dollars to ship 3 bras, is a bit much. There goes the savings!

Great place to go if you are looking for discounted Hanes pantyhose, socks, underwear, bras, etc. I like to shop here so that I can stock up on my pantyhose at a great price! They have a good selection of some minor mismatched items that they can't sell at the stores but you can't even tell that there's a problem! Check it out....

I was looking for underwear for my teenage son and they have a great selection and pricing was great. They also had more colors available than most of the stores I had looked...I also was able to find a coupon for shipping for only 1.99. Next time I will shop it will be for me. Perfect transaction.

It is very easy to order from this website. However, the items in the catalogue are not always available on the website. I received a catalogue with a new sale advertised, and I ordered within a few days. One of the items prominently offered in four colors was only available on the website in one color, and it was advertised as "buy one, get one 50% off". Who's going to buy two of the same color?

This site has a great selection of hard to find Hanes items. The one downfall is the shipping costs, it outweighs the good cost on items. Even still, it is easy to navigate and if you buy enough to make shipping worthwhile it is a good deal.

This store is pretty good in respects to prices and being an easy website to navigate. Downsides are shipping charges that can kill a good deal, along with customer service that is unwilling to flex the rules and give you a better deal if prices change after ordering. There were some pretty good coupons for the site but lately they don’t seem to have any coupons as they have themselves admitted to killing a lot of the coupons because they have been posted "illegally" on various websites... I don’t know why they are upset at the websites when it helps promote their sales, and why they would assume their customers would understand that these were "illegal" coupons. I don’t like being made to feel as the bad guy, therefore, I was hurt to have been told that I was trying to illegally use a coupon. I have ordered from them before as well and have had makeup smudges on their product which I had to return. Overall, a mixed experience which could have been better if the company had more respect for their customers and other websites which are, in fact, doing their advertising.

I was very easy to place an order. They kept in touch with me when my order was going to be delayed due to backorders. I was contacted via email as well as by a post card in the mail. I was very satisfied with the service. I would order from One Hanes Place again without hesitation.

I placed order 8/21/06 and today is the 26th, but I have heard nothing about an order number or approximate shipment date. I shop at this store regularly and this is unusual for them. I like their prices and products.
