Easy checkout process, great promotional deals. Shipping costs are decent. Customer Service is terrible. They're nearly impossible to reach via email and not very polite over the phone. I've had to deal with them on two separate occasions and they were both equally as bad as the other. My last order came with my promotional "freebies" but they didn't pack the actual item I ordered. It doesn't look like I'm going to get the item or my money back and I've been shopping online with them for nearly 7 years now!

Ulta has great prices and a selection of many different brands. Unfortunately, they are frequently out of stock on many items. The web site frequently has issues like broken links. This is why my ease of ordering score is on the low side. I have also had issues with the reward program. I was a member, but never accrued points. Finally, after about five emails back and fourth with customer service, they sent me a $20 gift card for my lost points.

I really like shopping at ulta.com for any makeup or hair needs. Their products are relatively cheap and of good quality. Everything is very easy to find, but the one complaint I would have is that they don't offer very many options as far as colors, etc.

Ulta gives you a good selction on make-up and hair products. The have a lot of name brands for reasonable prices.

My daughter brought this store to my attention. The website has very basic design and funcions. I like the free samples it offers for each order and also coupons you could use with the order.

I love Ulta and shop there often. I love ulta.com so I can order products I use daily when I don't have time to get to the store. The site takes coupons and you can sometimes get free shipping.

My problem with ULTA is they really have no way of showing color swatches for makeup. The samples are so tiny it is hard to see. The site is boring not fun like Sephora.
