I only order from ebags when I have a good coupon or they are having a really good sale. But when this happens, they have a GREAT selection. They sell a lot of brands I haven't been able to find anywhere else. Shipping is fast and never had any problems with my purchases.

I have consistently had great products through eBags. The pictures and descriptions of bags have been accurate, and the logo on eBag brand bags is not distracting as some have described it. The eBag packing cubes are my most recent purchase, and they are a great asset for travel.

I've had good luck with what I've ordered from eBags. Delivery is fast and they have decent sales. I've found their product descriptions to be quite accurate. I recently ordered suitcase locks for a family member taking a trip. Great purchase! My only real beef is the amount of email and snail mail you get from them. I know, you just need to hit the key and toss things in the recycle bin, but I always think that prices would be lower if they cluttered our lives a bit less.

They have the widest selection and often the lowest prices. Mistakes happen, but eBags customer service is great! One item I ordered was out of stock and I received an apology and a 25% discount on a future purchase. I have been sent an order in the wrong color and another order with a manufacturer's defect, but customer service corrected the problems promptly and satisfactorily.

eBags is great! I found the product I was looking for at another website for a cheaper price, so I chatted with an eBags customer service person, and he gave me a coupon code to use to beat the lower price. He also gave me a $10-off coupon for my next purchase, which I think will be very soon! Highly recommended!

I have made several purchases from eBags and have been highly satisfied with each one. eBags has an excellent system for customers to rate the products, so you can do some pretty good research on each bag before deciding on which one you'd like to purchase. I have purchase items from diaper bags to duffels and travel accessories. Each has met or exceeded my expectations.

I originally shopped eBags for a camera bag and ended up buying a backpack for motorcycling. They have a very wide selection of bags for all needs. Their pricing is competitive and shipping extremely fast. Their website is well organized and includes good product images and reviews to help you make your decision. I give eBags a thumbs up and would recommend them.

Overall, this store offers a good selection and if you time your purchase during a sale with a coupon, they provide a good value. Shipping was very quick with my items arriving within two days of purchase. I would buy from this merchant again should I need additional luggage.

Customer service is not very helpful (at least from my experience). If you know what you want to purchase, quality is great. Otherwise, stick to in store shopping, especially on large purchases.

I was very pleased with my first experience with eBags.com. I found their sale prices to be the best prices of all the sites I visited. The packages arrived before the stated due date. My only disappointment was that they did not carry all the bags in the Ricardo Serengeti line I was looking for but I am extremely pleased with the two pieces I did buy.
