Bought two items, UPS claimed delivery, items were never received. Contacted customer service for Cabela's who directed me to UPS, who directed me back to Cabela's. I went to my credit card to dispute, and told Cabela's I'd done so. That's when they decided to play nice, and offered to refund my credit card. I accepted, and cancelled my dispute...shouldn't have done that because they still haven't refunded my money. Awful, awful experience, and all too common when dealing with very large organization's who don't treat each customer like it's their only one.

We looked at several sporting goods websites and found that Cabelas.com gives the most reviews per item. We were able to find multiple items that we could easily compare. Shipping was great. We ordered Sunday evening and received the item Tuesday.

I purchased a gift for my Husband from Cabela's that had a defective part. I e-mailed Cablea's asking if I needed to pay to ship the entire item back for the replacement part. The next day, I had a reply from Cabela's that they would ship out another part, and to throw the old one away. We are definitely pleased with the quality and service that we have received and will continue to shop at Cabela's.

I never have ordered from Cabela's before, so wasn't sure what to expect. I found the prices to be a bit high, but that could be the standard for these type of items. I think the shipping was high, and there was no free shipping over a certain amount spent. I would probably not shop here again, but was glad to be able to order some stuff for the guys without having to go to the mall.

I had a very good experience with Cabella's when I placed my order by internet. I received a quick response back by e-mail saying they had received my order and it would be shipped as soon as it had been processed. I also received an e-mail when my order had been shipped and a way to track the order. Thanks for such good service.

I have ordered before to send a gift card, and it was and is very easy to do online. In addition, yesterday I was called within ten minutes of placing the order to verify that I had been the user of my credit card. The site is easy to navigate and great for finding stuff for outdoorsmen and women!

I was extremely satisfied with my purchase from Cabela's. They have a wide selection of products, but I believe that they are a little pricey. I didn't have any difficulty finding products, and everything that I wanted was in stock. Overall, a good purchasing experience.

The item I purchased from Cabela's cost 1/2 the price of several other online and local stores I checked at for this item!! Surfing through the Cabela's site, I noted a lot of items that were cheaper than anywhere I have seen the same items. The process of ordering was a breeze, and the item arrived very quickly. I know this will be one of the first places I look at when I start my Christmas shopping this year. Lots of variety at this place.

Cabela's have super items for sportsman. Their clothes are very well priced and the also have a large selection of king size. Shipping is a little high, but they ship fast. This is a great store to do business with.

I enjoyed the shopping experience with Cabelas. The product selection is very good. My only dissatisfaction was that three items I wanted were back ordered and they had minimum quantities (three or four) of each item in order for them to place item on back order. I did not need three or four of each so I will have to do without, or find somewhere else.

Their regular prices are high but sale items get really cheap. Easy to redeem their coupon dollars when checking out. Fast shipping.
