This is my first purchase from Miles Kimball. I ordered personalized Christmas cards & sealers, and they are perfect! I loved that I was able to have my return address printed on the envelope too! They will look so much neater and will take so much less time this year!

I rate Miles Kimball`s customer service with a soaring assessment. They make it totally convenient to return an item that is not just what you wanted.
And we all know this is a regular vexing routine of life.
I returned a Bible cover that did not fit as the size was not accurately stated by the manufacturer on the label.
The simple uncomplicated process involved me speaking to a Miles Kimball customer service agent. A very sweet operator handled the matter in a quick and efficient manner. She was completely kind, accommodating and sympathetic. She even sent out the correct size Bible cover before I returned the wrong-sized.
This unique, pleasant handling of an issue surpasses every past customer service experience.

I was very happy with my purchases from Miles Kimball. The merchandise was good quality and hard-to-find in the stores. The prices were great!
My daughter loved their dressable ducks! And I purchased a set for my tricky tray and they got tons of tickets!!!!
Their Christmas cards are the best around so be sure to request their Christmas card catalogue.

Before purchasing I contacted customer service via email about the quality of the specific product I was looking at and received a quick, well-informed response. I have shopped by catalog for more than 20 years. I have shopped by internet for about 7 years now. I have shopped with Miles Kimball for 15 years. They have consistently provided a wide selection and good value. I have never had to return an item I purchased. I still have and use some of the things I bought 8 years ago (china storage set).

This is a great store for gifts! They have a unique selection of different things. Many cool t-shirts that have trendy sayings and designs. It is a good place to shop for gag gifts or for that someone who has everything.

Miles Kimball has many unusual items, some of which you can't find elsewhere! The order took a little time in coming, but I guess it could be considered normal shipment time. The prices of their items are good, but you can find some things slightly cheaper elsewhere if you want to go to all the trouble to look! I would shop there again.

Miles Kimball.com is a great shopping site. The menu is easy to navigate and well divided in sections to reduce search time. The bargains are fun. And there are so many unique items to fill your shopping basket. Whenever I think, "if only I had...", I go to MK and there is the perfect product.

I have placed multiple orders, and have been very satisfied with the quality every time. I have found very usefull items that I haven't seen in other catalogs or online; such as the dry high lighter for books with onion-skin thin paper. The Clearance section is a gold mine! It is the summer time, and I have purchased Christmas gifts for six of the ten people on my list! Ordering is very easy, and the wish list saves me time in purchasing items that I wanted to buy at a later time.

This is a fun store to shop. It is easy to navigate the website. I had a minor problem adding an item to my cart. I called the toll free customer service and the representive informed me that item was out of stock and that is why I couldn't add the item to my purchase. The prices of all items are very reasonable.
