Why do I use Target online when there are brick and mortars everywhere? Because sometimes there are online exclusives not available in stores especially during black friday events. No complaints here! I always get I ordered!

It's great ordering from Target online. Now I hardly ever step into the brick/mortar store. The prices are great and the ordering process is very streamlined. I would not hesitate ordering from the Target online store.

Customer service takes forever to answer phone. The English is not too good.
Next, we have to keep logging again and again on the account page. They do not provide a printed receipt with our orders. I do not have a working pc at home nor ISP. Their droid application will not let us use Amazon check-in. Next, trying to use a giftcard or discount code, it' not easy! I wish that they would summarize our orders by email. Lost several, had to change payment, and my cell was acting up. Next, too bad, prices will change! They are also supposed to give AARP and AAA members a discount online. Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. I want my receipt with prices in the box. I only buy items that can be returned to store, although they have made exceptions. The on-line buys are great! Too many sold out items...wastes my time.

One of my favorite brick and mortar stores with a good online experience as well. They are not as cheap as their online only competitors due to shipping and tax, but a positive experience nonetheless. They are one of the more rewarding retailers to shop at in terms of discounts. Shop online whenever you don't need the store experience!

I absolutely love Target! The store has a nice selection of merchandise, and the website has even more offerings. I especially like that you can find quite a few items that are made in the USA. Their site is very easy to navigate, and being able to sign in via my Amazon account speeds things along.
Their new daily deal that they offer each day is a great way to get huge savings on the featured product. I recently ordered an electronic chess game for $65 that typically sells for $120 - $199. How awesome is that?!?!

I have no complaints about Target online. Ordering is easy and prices are generally good. My experience with online customer service is good too, and a lot better than their store customer service, which can be pretty bad. Right now I have a digital phone system on advanced order, so we'll see how that goes, but so far so good.

Keeping it all in perspective, it is a Target after all, but it's a pretty good Target. The only gripe I also had issues returning stuff on my registry without a receipt. And the customer service lady was not helpful . Sometimes members of the Target team are super nice and helpful and sometimes, they are rude and crappy. It just depends on who you get. The selection is good. I like to buy my nephew toys here as well as garden gnomes and Christmas stuff. Sometimes clothes. NEVER food. I just don't trust it. Certainly better than Walmart. Walmart is cheap for a reason and all those reason are bad. My conscience isn't entirely clean shopping at Target but is certainly more clear than if I were shopping at Walmart.

Overall, this was an excellent experience. Purchased barstools and a blender and received free shipping on everything (including tracking). Items arrived ahead of schedule and in perfect condition. I was very happy with the service and selection. Highly recommend!
