I used to order from Deep Discount a lot. However, the last 2 orders have been nightmares. In December, I ordered 3 blu-rays during a sale, and they never arrived, even though there was a DHL tracking number. It never arrived and in my opinion, the item had never been shipped in the first place. Recently, I ordered during a sale. The company cancelled my order, claiming the cc number didn't go through. In fact, my cc online statement showed that they had charged my card, meaning the charge had gone through.
Customer service is unresponsive. You cannot change an order once it has been entered, even if you call their number a minute later. They also have sent emails with conflicting information, e.g., your ordered has been cancelled, or we are unable to cancel your order.
The prices can be good, so go ahead and order, but be prepared to have to file a dispute with your cc company for non-delivery or receipt of the wrong product.
