I love this site. I've bought a ton of outdoor gear and clothes and I find 90% of the time they have the best price, the biggest selection, and usually the most cashback. They ship very quickly and returns seem to be fast as well.

I went through Mr. Rebates to order a $300 item and use a coupon code supplied by Mr. Rebates. When I tried to process my order, it wouldn't go through. I chatted with Cleopatra on Moosejaw. She said that Moosejaw does not have any affiliation with Mr. Rebates. She was short, rude, and offered no further assistance or explanation. I'm not sure why the link works, the code worked but Moosejaw denies and affiliation. I was able to find the same product for cheaper through REI. Moosejaw's prices are sky high compared to other similar stores, especially without cash back or coupon codes. Won't ever order from them again.

This order was shipped after I cancelled it. They offered me a free t-shirt for my trouble of returning the item and I accepted it. Overall, there customer service is very friendly. The stickers on their packages are great!

Their customer service is pretty good. I got their response quickly. I like their "Price Match" program a lot. It can save my money and earn their points as well.
