ShoeMall has a good selection of women's shoes and boots. I found a pair of navy sandals for my daughter's wedding there and had been looking at all the online shoe stores without success until ShoeMall. Items ship fast. The shipping is free, however the return shipping is not. I used the label given and had the post office pick up a pair of boots that didn't fit, which was easy. But it still cost me to return them. Several other online stores have free shipping and free returns.

Unbelievable selection of shoes, boots and other items. Have been getting my footwear here since the prices are reasonable and shipping is free. Can find shoes in my size which I cannot find elsewhere. On one order, the shoes were sized smaller than the stated size. Was able to return them and get the correct size with no hassle or problems. Reorder was received in less than a week.

Easy to navigate site to find specific high end shoe. I saw this same pair of shoes at a local well-known shoe speciality store listed at $224.00 and decided to shop on the mrrebates link before purchasing. Through mrrebates, I found shoemall, where the shoes were on sale for $111.00, less than half the local price. And shipping and handling was included in the sale price. I telephoned customer service to confirm the price and received courteous, quick answere. I was never placed on hold and there was no wait, even though it was the holiday season. I give shoemall a 10++:)

Prices are relatively cheaper than most online shoe store. Delivery is faster than what I expected. The coupon code made it a much better deal than others. Bottom line, it's a good experience.

This was my third time to order from ShoeMall.com and I have always had excellent service from them. I find their website very easy to navigate and find the brand and/or style shoe I'm looking for. Their "free shipping" is just icing on the cake.

I have tried so many different shoe stores on website and ShoeMall.com has been very close to best pricing and selection. I purchased a pair of boots and it was a bargain!!! For all family members, you should find something that everybody likes.

The store had a large selection but it was easy to narrow down the search to exactly what I was looking for and in the price range I could afford. It would be nice though if you could enlarge the pictures and see a rotating view of what you're going to be getting. Also, I never received an email confirmation of my order, so I wasn't sure if my order went through or not. It would be nice to send those as well.

ShoeMall has free shipping and free returns. I've had to return shoes for a different size and they make it easy. I have hard to fit feet and their selection is much better than local stores. The rebate is great and there are often coupons making Shoemall a great buy.

The selection is not the most comprehensive, but it's not bad. The shipping is free but you must pay return shipping if you're not happy with your purchase. Ordering is easy though.
