Had a good experience ordering through Finish Line. There was no discount offered on the shoes I was buying, but they were a very popular Nike style so that's probably to be expected. I did receive free shipping, however.

Great store with great quality products.. I felt the pricing was a little high. But it had my old school superstar tennis shoes that I wanted.

Finishline meets my needs in the shoe department nice selection and great clearance deals if you watch for them. Shipping is pretty quick as well I don't think I've ever had to wait more than a week for a pair of shoes ever! The only problem is the website is extremely slow and when it drags, it's hectic to get an order in because it times out constantly. The last order took me 2 days to get in because the website server was timing out. Other than that it's a great store with decent prices especially with a coupon.

They did not have pictures of the shoes from a top angle view. It would be nice to have a swivel action button to spin the shoe around in multiple angles. I also thought it was a great feature to show the bottom tread - most companies don't think to do so. I may have missed it, but it would be handy to have a button to show all shoes, and then segment by brand.

Finish Line has the best prices in footwear. Every time I get my order on time and their customer service is excellent. It's very easy to navigate through their site, you can filter your search options by many different parameters such as size, color, brand, price and others.
Finish Line offers many discount coupons so you get your product even for less. The last sneakers we received from them had an original price of $60 and we bought them for around $20. Out of all online stores my pick is definitely Finish Line.
When you create an account with them you can sign up for the "Winners Circle" - when the price of your purchases reaches $200 they give you back $20. So 10% back is not bad at all.

I’ve had good experiences with this store online. Watch for clearance sales and coupons on Mr. Rebates and on their site. They have been fairly efficient at shipping times and products have been as listed.

My overall experience with Finish Line was great. The items I was looking for were in stock and on sale. It actually was more cost effective to purchase the items through Mr. Rebates rather than going in the store because of the online coupons and rebate.

I have not had the need for customer service so I can't comment on that.
I do have a suggestion for Finish Line, please provide the field for "forgot password. I did not recall setting one up in the past and I tried to register during chekout and received a message that email address already on file but no information was given on how to retrieve it.
