I ordered flowers for a funeral. At the visitation the night before the funeral I saw what the spray and it was not even close to the pictures on the website. It was very skimpy and not worth what I paid for it.
I attempted to comtact FTD that night and was told that I would get a response within 48 hours. I had hoped that they would have replaced the flowers before the flowers the next day. They did not. It has been 8 days and I have still not heard from FTD.

I paid the higher fee for delivery. Product was delivered 3 days late. Customer service did not offer to make amends. I do not plan to use their service in the future.

FTD's site is easy to navigate and has a nice variety. The prices are reasonable for an online site. The order delivered on time and was what I expected.

FTD is the best place to shop when ordering flowers. The arrangements are always fresh and beautifully designed. Plus the level of customer service is excellent. If you are sending a gift, no need to worry if it will arrive or if it will actually look like the photo. FTD can guarantee you the quality and service that consumers deserve.

Easy to use site I thought. 11.99 service charge on small orders get expensive. Rebate came thru very fast .Flowers were received as promised on the requested date. I made on customer service request via email and received a response within 24 hours.

FTD offers great deals and has fast delivery and reliable products. I really like their selection of elegant flowers. Just the prices I thought were a little bit high sometimes. Anyway, it is a good choice.
