The best way to shop this site is when they have a sale. Another great thing is that DVDs have free shipping. You can also get an even better price if you have a Disney Visa Card.

I was missing an item from my order that the enclosed invoice indicated was enclosed with the shipment. I called customer service and told them my problem. They sent out a replacement right away. I thought that was great because they did not give a hard time and say it was in the box.

Very easy to find what I was looking for. Did a search for the character I wanted ("Annie" from Little Einstein) and found things quickly. Be sure to use the menus on the left after searching to see all related products though.

It took me almost an hour to get somebody on the line.
I wanted to upgrade the shipping and didn’t get an option when I placed the order (got free standard shipping) so I had to call.
Too bad! They should have upgraded the shipping for free.

This store had deals all over the place. The prices were already low and then you add in the cash rebate from mrrebates.com and you save even more. Shipping was a bit high; $8.50 for 1 throw.

Overall Disney Online shopping has been good. I am a bit disappointed in their selection of items today in comparison to a year ago.
I am so very disappointed that they have closed so many of their stores. I truly miss visiting their stores and having the little goodies to buy available. You cannot purchase many of the items I could get in their stores online.

It is very easy to shop with Disney. They have all the unique items for Disney. Customer Service is a pleasure to work with. I had ordered a product and when I received it the product was defective. There was no problem in receiving a replacement.

I shopped Disneyshopping.com for the first time this week and it looks like it my first order was not my last. In fact, Disney has been added to my favorite shopping stops on the web. I was amazed by the selection in the outlet section, not to mention the prices. I always thought that Disney merchandise was ridiculously expensive and now I am proud to say that I was proven wrong!
