My overall rating is excellent!!!
I've had no problems on returns or anything else.
I usually wait for sales before I buy.
I appreciate the extra dollars off I receive from Mr. Rebates as well!

Beautiful clothing, I have only shopped their online outlet & gotten some of the best buys. My only gripe is "product selection," there are just too many items listed that I would love to order, but when I try to do that, it comes up as "sorry--this item is sold out" They need to update more frequently because this is very frustrating! Other than that--it's a great place to do my online apparel shopping!

Having ordered from Coldwater Creek several times now, I am totally sold on this store. Even their glass votive candle holders exhume class and style! What a wonderful store to delight and satisfy the shopping urge in all of us. The quality of their clothes is top-notch. The styles are so classic and yet so stylish and different! Truly refreshing from the typical clothes. And they have larger sizes too! I received a gorgeous suede briefcase in a spectacular turquoise color. What a conversation piece! Definitely worth the $$$$$$$$.
