I have always liked the quality of clothes at Nordstrom. It's so easy to go online and find what you want when you want. Whenever I can't find the product I want, a sales representative is always easily accessible. I was really happy to find out that Nordstrom was a part of Mr. Rebates. I'll have to shop here more often.

They should offer free shipping once in a while. Otherwise, shopping at Nordstrom.com is a fine experience. I would also like to see designer clothing that you can order online - not just see it and call up for it.

Nordstrom.com is wonderful. If you're familiar with the brick & mortar store, you know how great shopping there can be. The website is just as great. There are very good deals to be had in the "sale" section and it is always worth a look. Shipping is always a flat $5. I would like to see more coupons for this site though -- they're very rare.
Customer service is excellent, just as it is in the stores. Shipping might be a tad on the slow side, but that is for the standard method. One other feature I wish they'd offer is gift-wrapping. Now, if you select "gift-wrap," you'll be sent the folded box & bow to wrap yourself. I would always prefer having it done for me -- especially since you have to pay for the box anyway.
Overall, highly recommended site. Love Nordstrom!

Nordstrom is always a pleasure to deal with. Live chat is extremely helpful and informative...engaging in a conversation with you and making sure you are completely satisfied and informed.
Nordstrom makes a habit of under promising and over delivering ; therefore they are always able to meet or exceed my demands.

I do not have a Nordstrom brick and mortar store in my area, so I am glad to be able to order from Nordstrom online. They have a wide selection of items and a great sale and clearance section. All of my purchases from Nordstrom.com have arrived within the time frame expected and have been of excellent quality. I will happily make future clothing and beauty purchases from this fine establishment.
