Evil Spammers!

I ordered an item for my mom through Nature's Jewelry and she liked the gift. Unfortunately the also site sells your email address to anyone who will take it. I've been added to stores like Expressions and Potpourri and others (without asking my permission of course) and emails to the company telling them to take me off their lists go unanswered.

If I ran across feedback like this I wouldn't have placed that initial order. Hopefully I will save someone the hassle I am currently going through.

The items are stunning. Unfortunately, the Customer Service is uncooperative and dismissive. After over 2 1/2 wks. and no delivery ($11.95 shp. cost) of earrings I was planning to wear on Thanksgiving, Customer Service said I'd have to wait another week for resolution. In similar situations, other stores have over-nighted the missing item with the understanding that should the wayward package arrive, I would immediately return it. (That has never happened. Once missing, they've never shown up!) Order at your own peril. As for me, Nature's Jewelry has lost a customer.
