I just ordered an item from Sharper Image and wanted to get the free shipping for purchasing an item over $10. However I didn't realize that I had to go through a separate link to get it. I immediately emailed customer service and received an answer within 24 hours. They graciously said they would deduct the shipping cost from my invoice. I saved over $14! I will definitely buy from Sharper Image again!

I always find that this company provides amazing customer service if needed but usually one doesn't need it because the products are great. Using your merchandise credit can be confusing so STOP before confirming your order and read the options carefully.

I like the Sharper Image because they have a lot of neat products that you can't find anywhere else. However, there is a high price to pay for cool products. What I like about their internet site is that they have the outlet available online. You can find lots of great deals there!

The store offers lots of promotions periodically. If you want to buy something from this company, you must be patience and wait for those promotions coming out. Otherwise, you could find yourself being the foolish customer because you will find your purchase at a much lower price very soon. Customer service is nice. That's probably the reason I will give this store a 7 out of 10 rating.

I have made purchases from this store several times and they were mostly great experience. The products are a bit overpriced, but you can get great deals in their outlet section and with promotional offers (via emails or catalogs). I do hope they can speed up their order processing time. They still have this manual verification on each order purchased online, which delayed their processing and shipment time.

I used to order a lot from Sharper Image, however they switched their gift cards to limit one per order and so now I have little desire to shop with them. Also, I think they overprice everything and have a weak selection of goods.

I utilized customer service when I realized that I had forgotten to order an item. I was hoping to add the item but was unable to do so since my order was packed and ready to send (in approx. 12 hours). They placed another order for me, and waived the shipping!

I like to buy items here that are unusual and that one cannot get anywhere else. I especially like their clearance section. The website is very convenient for those who do not have a Sharper Image store nearby.

I frequently find the prices at Sharper Image to be high, as was the case this time. However, I really like the fact that the website has the instruction manual for the product available online. It really helped me make a decision about the product. Overall, the website was easy to navigate and my purchase went smoothly.

The Sharper Image is a great store with a large selection of items to chose from. Their site is very user friendly. The checkout process is fast and easy. They also offer a very good rebate by going through Mr. Rebates.

Sharper Image has many unusual and cutting edge items. Sometimes it seems that the prices are a bit steep, but I guess you do get what you pay for. They do have excellent coupon offers, sometimes. The shipping time is very good. I haven't needed to contact customer service, so I can't comment on that.

I have been an Ionic Breeze owner for over 5 years. I went online to purchase another Ionic Breeze with the new o-zone guard and while shopping I came across the Shaper Image outlet store. What great prices!!! I have ordered four of the regularly $349.99 priced ionic breeze at a reduced price of $99.95; "like new products". I have suggested to all my friends to purchase these "like new" machines each with a five year warranty. Everyone should own an Ionic Breeze!!!

I have shopped with Sharper Image for several years. Their merchandise is of a good to excellent quality . Many items in their Outlet Store are reconditioned & very well priced. Although their regular merchandise is somewhat costly, everything I have gotten is still going strong.
