Wonderful Company. Used several times and every time has been gorgeous flowers. Fedex delivered to in-laws in Florida they put box with fowers and candy in garage while they played golf. When they got home everything was in perfect shape. Thank Goodness. Will use this company every time ordering flowers or certain gifts. Thank You.

My first experience is my last. Expensive flowers sent to my fiance were delivered with a busted vase... Flowers would be dead right now if her co-worker hadn't had a spare vase. Next flower purchase will be with a different vendor, not "Pro"flowers.

Poor delivery service. They used a local delivery agent, and the flowers did not arrive on time. Called multiple times, they were never able to contact the local carrier, nor would they give me their contact information. In the end they refunded my money. Not the outcome I was looking for, since there was a death in the family and the flowers showing up would have meant more than money being refunded.

I had an exceptional Customer Service experience! As a first time customer, I soon realized that the recipient would not be available on the day of the scheduled delivery. I called Pro-Flowers Customer Service and was professionally greeted by a very astute representative. They went above and beyond as far as service and replaced the shipment at no charge a few days later. They were great!

I used ProFlowers head-to-head with another flower company this Mother's Day. I'm sorry to say the "other" company came out ahead.
Yes, ProFlowers has low prices but if you check their shipping charges, you'll see they make up for it there. Also ProFlowers tried to charge me two shipping fees for next day delivery.
I did not like being bounced to FreeShipping.com for a "shipping rebate". I just don't trust such companies. I've had bad experiences.
I received a delivery notification that made it sound like the flowers had been signed for by my mother-in-law, when in fact they were left on her doorstep. She had no idea they were there (she was home when they were delivered) until I called and asked about them. My mother-in-law doesn't use her front door as an entry, so it might have been some days before she found them.

Pro Flowers was great, however, they used UPS to deliver the flowers, and UPS was 2 days late with a bouquet that was supposed to be for my mother's retirement party. Their selection was great, the website was really easy, but I would prefer they use a different method of delivery.

ProFlowers is the absolute best flower delivery service around. After ordering from a competitor, and being HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED with my order, I discovered ProFlowers. I haven't used anyone since then. They always deliver on time and without incident. My boyfriend used ProFlowers to send me roses on Valentine's Day. I was the first one in the office to get flowers that day, and the quality of my roses far surpassed anyone of my co-workers' bouquets.

I have ordered from Proflowers several times for myself and as gifts. They send very fresh flowers that last many days longer than flowers from local florists. If you order from them, they send very good specials. I never get flowers anywhere else! I also appreciate that they send package tracking information for every order.

I started using ProFlowers after receiving absolutely gorgeous flowers from them. After my first use, I was hooked. They have consistently delivered utterly beautiful, fresh flowers with good staying power even though I've need to have them delivered in some very out of the way, rural places. My only wish is that they had some kind of frequent buyer program. But their specials are superb.

Flowers from this site are shipped promptly and are of excellent quality. I’ve used several times with no issues on any order. They also send coupons to existing customers. Using these coupons along with receiving rebates through Mr. Rebates can make the purchase a better deal.

I have used ProFlowers three times since finding them on Mr. Rebates. The cash back offered through Mr. Rebates is great, but they also have competitive prices. I found it easy to order, and all my orders were delivered on the date promised.
However, there was a problem with one order. The recipient told me that the truffles she received were melted. She called customer service, and the representative apologized and arranged to send another bouquet of orchids and box of truffles. She said they were very nice about it. I also learned that they had sent a different variety of orchids than I had ordered the first time and that they weren't as fresh as they should have been. This was more than forgiven because the second time was perfect.
