A near perfect score for Hotels.com! If you travel a lot, it is a must to click on Hotels.com through Mr. Rebates. Getting 5% cashback is almost too good to be true. You usually spend around $100-$200 for a night so you are always getting a lot of money back. What I love about hotels.com is they sometimes even have more information about the hotels than the actual hotel's website. Their customer service is awesome. I like the fact that you only have to deal with hotels.com's customer service instead of each individual hotel's customer service when you need help with booking a room or getting information.

Booked hotel forPuerto Rico trip and I got a GREAT deal!
There was no hidden fees to be paid at the resort and the customer service was very helpful!
Will use them again in the future.

Very pleased with firstr experience booking through Hotels.com. We found our accomodations to be just as advertised and the online ordering process was extremely easy. Had no experience using customer service as the process worked so smoothly. When we checked in to the hotel we reserved there was no problem whatsoever and our room was very nice. I heard a customer checking in right before me who had not reserved their room ahead of time, and the price they were paying was almost $20. more than what we had prepaid. Great deal and a rebate from Mr. Rebates, too!

Ordering from hotels.com was pretty easy, no problems with it whatsoever. Prices are on par with the other discount travel shopping sites. Never had to use customer service, so I can't comment on that.

I gave Hotels.com 10, I highly recommend them. They offer a lot of hotel information. They offer competitive prices. They are a really good choice to help you save time and money.

The room was as advertised. The free breakfast was poor. There was a coffee pot in the room but there was only enough coffee for one person. When we requested more, the front desk couldn’t find the coffee.

I had a very good experience with Hotels.com. I was not happy with the first hotel I selected. The first hotel I selected had cockroaches and I did not want to stay there, so I contacted Hotels.com by telephone. They were very nice and said that they would cancel my reservation at that hotel and then they helped me find another hotel close by. The second hotel wasn't much farther for us to travel to and it was clean, so my husband and I were very satisfied.

This site was very easy to navigate. I easily found a hotel in the western suburbs of Denver, however, there were only 2 hotels to choose from. One of them happened to be in my price range with availability. The 3% rebate puts them ahead of other travel sites. I received an instant confirmation email with hotel information and directions. I will use the site again.
