Quick and easy shopping. Carries a lot of merchandise. Price points are high, but shipping is free both ways. Orders always arrive speedy quick!

Absolutely the BEST selection of shoes around. THE BEST customer service I've ever seen. I went to another site (shoebuy.com) because of a coupon, but the minimal savings weren't worth the minimal customer service. You can't beat Zappos for selection and their customer service is hands down the best I've ever seen anywhere. Order today and they'll be here tomorrow or the next day. THANK-YOU Zappos! I recommend you to many people!

I can't say enough good things about Zappos. I have hard to fit feet, and think I have returned more shoes than I've bought over the years, with no complaints from them. I've referred friends who have hard-to-find sizes and they marvel at the selection. As someone else said, if you can't find it at Zappos, it probably doesn't exist.

Zappos has been amazing! I have hard-to-fit feet and the ability to order the same shoe in a couple sizes then return the ill-fitting pair free of charge is amazing. The only thing I would watch is their guarantee of the lowest price on the web. I think their fabulous shipping and return policy means they're not always the least expensive. However, those services more than make them worth it.

Be careful of applying for the Zappos credit card through Chase Bank. While they make it seem like you will be approved immediately, it takes 2 weeks for approval, even with an exceptional credit rating.

This is the first and best Internet shoe store. If the shoe isn`t here--it almost doesn`t exist. Zappos bends over backwards to give you shoes that fit and want you to get the best price available on the Internet. Let them know where the shoe-same size and color is available for less and the credit is yours that day. The shoe doesn`t fit--it got there free --it gets returned free. The best are the reviews available on the shoes to make an informed decision. I have been buying for years---glad Zappos is back on Mr. Rebates.
