I LOVE this site! ShopNBC has the most unique and interesting products. The prices are outstanding as well as the quality of the merchandise. The website is very easy to use and check is a breeze. I highly recommend this.

I found the quality of products to be generally good. Products arrived in good condition. Shipping times were good. Descriptions of products could be more thorough. I needed more information on some of the products in order to make a better decision.

ShopNbc has a great line of products. The jewelry is the best. I tried the Jewelry Television Network and their jewelry quality was not as fine as ShopNbc. I will continue to order from ShopNbc, they stand behind all their products. My confidence level with them is very high!

I've shopped with ShopNBC quite a bit and made returns with no problem. Lower prices can be found elsewhere on some items. I don't have any complaints -- other than shipping charges seem to be on the high side and are not reimbursed if returning an item. I recommend ShopNBC over the other television shopping channels.

I wasn't very happy with either of my purchases there and don't think I will be shopping with them at all in the future. They have a nice variety of products and fast shipping. I used to shop with them frequently a few years ago but feel that the service has dropped significantly. If you are not concerned about service, they occasionally offer fair values.
