I, personally, have had mixed experiences with ShopNBC, some excellent, some genuinely poor, and some mediocre. Their pricing is vastly improved during periodic sales and free shipping specials, especially when Mr. Rebates coupons are added. Their fashion selection I find to be very questionable, while their jewelry selection is complex, intriguing and, before price cuts, very expensive. Their Customer Service is truly erratic sometimes excellent, and sometimes way below par. The same can be said for the quality of their bedding, of which I own quite a lot, including duvet sets, pillowcases, and sheets. I can certainly recommend their new line of fine Italian leather handbags, called "Luce."

I mainly use the store to buy Invicta watches which are available at good prices during sales periods. I like the fact that one can often split up payment over several months. I have also bought Christmas items at a fraction of the price once the holidays were over.

ShopNBC has the most beautiful jewelry, but it is SO overpriced. Items on sale are often priced higher than comparable pieces elsewhere. Customer Service lacks in service. Period.

I love the quality of the jewelry on ShopNBC. Prices are great if you compare to mall prices, we recently looked at a couple of diamond and gold necklaces at a chain jewelry stores at the mall and I knew I could find something better at ShopNBC and that the pricing would be better also. I'm very happy with my purchases!

I have had problems with online ordering and customer service. I do like some of their products though. Returns are from date of purchase not the date you received the item. So it is not 30 days. They fill phone orders before online orders. So if the item sells out and you ordered online, you might not have got the item.

I found it very easy to open an account at ShopNBC and enjoy watching their sales presentations on live TV & viewing at my leisure online. My first purchase was a ISOMERS skin care kit. The instructions and ingredients for the items are VERY WELL explained online. The pricing is very reasonable and the hosts are very well informed and entertaining. I plan on doing a lot of my Christmas shopping here.

Great prices, coupons, and ease of ordering make ShopNBC a great online find. Special sale mark downs often occur right before the product airs, so it's worth keeping an eye on. ShopNBC also has fast shipping.

ShopNBC is an excellent shopping website. They offer a wide selection of high quality items. The quality of their merchandise is superior in most cases to the other home shopping channels/websites. I order exclusively online and have found their website to be easy to navigate and user friendly. I have found their customer service to be very helpful on the few occasions it was necessary for me to contact them.

I like shopping with ShopNBC . They have many items in different price ranges. If I have a question, they respond quickly and with as much information as they can obtain. I have found that most of the items I have purchased from them are as described.

I have shopped with them several times and love everything. I think they have a better and much higher end selection than other networks. All of the jewelry that I have ordered has came in tip top condition and beyond all my expectations. I will definitely shop with them again!

I bought a high end LCD TV for a good price and I am happy with it. My husband LOVES it. They offer no interest for 12 months if you use their card. That's a good deal on an expensive item. Unlike the other shopping channels, they do not charge tax. Great!

ShopNBC has an excellent of quality gold at very fair prices. The best bargains are in their clearance section where Italian gold is coming at the lowest cost per gram anywhere. Their customer service is helpless.
