Easy to use website. Booked online 2 hours before arriving, saved a lot of momeny booking online vs. just walking in to get a room. Plus, I got Mr. Rebates cashback reward on top of savings. Gotta love Mr. Rebates!

Booking with Best Western was easy to do. I booked the Best Western Kings Inn and Suites in Kingman, AZ for a 1 night trip. We had to postpone the trip by one day. It was so easy to postpone the room, I simply called up the front desk and they changed my reservation without charge. I was very impressed. It was easy to order and the hotel was clean. I will book again through Best Western for future travels.

I put in a reservation for one room and did not get that. I was unhappy about that due to the fact that I had made reservations months in advanced. However, they did give me my money back for the difference in the room.
