TigerDirect was great. I was referred by some friends and they did not disappoint. Their selection is great and prices are some of the cheapest around. The order was shipped quickly and received in great condition. I will be ordering from them again.

Overall, TigerDirect is a reputable company to buy from, You can feel secure that when you order online that your order will be processed quickly and efficiently. The credit card part of it is very secure. The only con is the occasional typo on their website. This has led to some confusion as to what part I have actually ordered/will be receiving. All in all, I have ordered from them several times and will continue to do business with them in the future.

A nice place to shop for electronics. However, shipping costs are exorbitant. I was satisfied with my last purchase except for the shipping costs.

This is site is a paint to order from. You can’t ship to alternate addresses. Prices are ok and rebates are ok. Items are mostly low end items. I rate 4 of 10

Great way to shop for everything electronic. Lightning-fast shipping, generous and easy return policy (a restocking fee usually applies but there's no hassle and a quick refund). I buy from Tiger Direct all the time and would recommend it to anyone!

This was my eight order from Tiger Direct and the prices are wonderful! I've never had a problem with any of my orders, so I did not rate the customer service area, but all other areas are great. They have wide selections, great sales and good working products. Their site is easy to maneuver and checkout is easy, too. I also like their recommendations on corresponding products, that helps a lot when you are looking for several items together. I would highly recommend this site for shopping any time of year!

TigerDirect makes it almost TOO easy to order. I'm far from technically proficient but their explanations of what the product does made it very easy to make my selection. They are an excellent, value-oriented place to shop online. I plan to do business again with them in the future as I continue to purchase more tech goodies for my home office.

I've been ordering from Tigerdirect for quite a while now. So far, I never had major problems. Except for the occasional credit checks that takes a while sometimes. I also noticed that they process the orders very fast and sometimes it's TOO fast that I cannot add in a last minute item within hours of placing an order. I guess that's a good thing depending on your shopping habits. I just wish they could add the ability to "edit" orders online instead of going through they customer service line.

I have ordered a few items from tigerdirect.com and have been pleased with the price and speed of shipping. They seem to carry a wide variety of products with a very low price. The web site was easy to navigate and find what I wanted. I would recommend tigerdirect to my friends and family.
