I gave this review a 9 overall. The product selection is great, and interesting items. The customer service is also great, and so is the price. The reason I gave it s 9 was that the products are good, some of the items are a little cheaply made. You do get however what you pay for. The price is cheap enough it almost justifies the product quality. Some of the items are surprisingly well made for the price. There is always shipping deals that can get you free or very low shipping.

I've gotten quite a few cute items from this company and have been well-pleased about 90% of the time. I found that several items which had to be assembled either had poor (useless) instructions, and a few times the quality on these particular items was hit-or-miss. The overall selection is great, however, and I've got some really cute things at a good price. My only complaint is with customer service. I've emailed both with a complaint (once) and to ask questions, and never did get a response.

This was a great site to order funny t-shirts, games and many other Christmas items from. They had a good selection and the items were in stock. Now I am on their list and they have great sales too.

I love their catalogs as they have a huge variety of products. I have purchased everything from outdoor garden stuff, to bedding, to bathroom products and wall hangings and sculptures. Everything I have purchased as been very nice and a small price for what you get. I love it that they have so many outdoor products and sculptures. I have returned a couple of things to them and it was easy and I received my credit right away. I love doing business with them.

I ordered about 7 items from them and paid for the express shipping. They kept rescheduling my shipment date and it took much longer than if I had used a slow boat to China to receive my items (All in stock but 1 but it still took 14 business days to ship). When I called customer service it was a Wednesday and they said that they attempted to deliver on Friday and that day hadn't even happened. I called back and talked to someone else and they were also of no help. They refused to credit me for the extra $ I spent on express delivery. I ended not getting my gift items before I left on my trip to Canada and now I have to ship them up to Canada and pay for more shipping.
The products are nice and their prices are great but the hassle was way not worth it.

I’ve ordered from Collections Etc. site many times and found them too be a real time saver. When shopping for entire home and collection things their quality has been excellent.
The items tend to go fast, so make sure you checkout fast before the items are sold out. I enjoy shopping here.

Great selection of products at wonderful prices. One rating that isn't available here which should be is the quality of the products purchased. With Collections Etc. some items are not worth even the small price that you pay for them. An example - I ordered a basket table as a gift for my mother. Once assembled, it leaned heavily to one side and was constructed of very cheap materials. For product quality, I would rate them about a 6 simply because some are better than others depending on what you buy.

I have ordered from them several times and I find that they have very good products. The prices are great and I always get my order very quickly. They send me email to let me know when there is a special shipping offer and sales on the products. I would recommend them to anyone.

I love Collections Etc. Whenever I order something, I am always surprised by the quality of the product I receive. It is ALWAYS better than I expected for the low price that I paid. I have so much fun browsing the web site and finding treasures to purchase. I get compliments on everything I purchase. I by lots of gifts to give and it always looks like I spent a ton more than I really did. This is probably my favorite place to buy from!

The great deals at Collections Etc. seem too good to be true at first glance. I mean, at set of three roasting pans for only $9.99? But each and every deal is for real. Shipping is also extremely quick and their customer service department is very courteous and helpful. My gift shopping will be much easier from now on because I know the best place to go!

I have been purchasing products from Collections Etc. for a few years now. I've always appreciated some of the unique items I am able to find on their site. They helped me out, more than once, in that I've been able to find a gift for someone for whom I just didn't know what to get and Collections, Etc. had something perfect that fit that person's hobbies, interests, etc.

I've bought many items from Collections and was very satisfied with everything.
One item I purchased a part was missing and they credit my whole order because it was no longer available. I've told many friends about them and they were also satisfied with their order.
