Snapfish makes it extremely easy to upload pictures, especially from someone like myself who is relatively new at it.
They have some really cool ideas for projects - like mousepads, etc.
Pre-paid prints are a steal compared to using the local department stores!

I upload all my photos and order the prints and gifts. I have ordered a lot of gifts. Their prices are pretty comparable to other sites. Every gift I have ordered is high quality! I order about once a month!

In general, Snapfish is a great site for uploading pics and ordering prints and other items. I have ordered everything from standard prints to calendars and other gifts. They always arrive promptly and seem to be high quality. Any time I have dealt with customer service, the majority of issues have been handled immediately. Overall, I am quite pleased.

I had a very hard time with creating invitations. requested help and was told to email tech support. Emailed tech support and no reply from company. Invitations came 3 short.
Contacted them by phone and they advised they would escalate this issue and I'd receive a response. Never received a response, however did receive 4 replacement invitations 5 days later. Products are nice. It's a shame their customer service is so horrible.

Yesterday I ordered a calendar and it was completed by Snapfish the same day! It should be shipped out next business day. I've already ordered and received calendars from them (weren't made the same day but still in a timely manner) and they all turned out fabulous! Can't wait to see this one...

I have a high speed internet connection, but putting my pictures online to have them printed took longer than I expected--that is why I gave an 8 for the ease of ordering. My pictures did not arrive when they were suppose to, so I gave a few extra days and then contacted customer service. They put in another order for all of the pictures--at no charge to me. I felt that they went the extra mile to keep a customer happy!

It is very easy to navigate and order from the website. However, they did once lose a roll of film we mailed in to be developed. We were not happy about that. Other than that, we've had good experience and good prices.

I have really enjoyed using Snapfish for processing my digital photos. I have not used any other service since I first tried them. I have created some original gifts for my husband that he still brags about. I really appreciate working on my photos at home and not waiting in line at an in-store kiosk. I do advise logging onto snapfish.com to upload your photos and then logging in to Mr. Rebates before making your purchase. They have some nice editing options for your photos and lots of fun digital frames at no additional charge. I also appreciate the fact that I can store my digital albums on their site and have not received any emails telling me that they were going to expire (like another digital photo service). Check the coupons at Mr. Rebates for additional savings, too.

Snapfish is quick and easy to use.
When I received my pictures, they were great quality.
I had a problem with using the coupon from Mr. Rebates and the customer service was excellent in responding to me not being able to use the coupon and after placing order, they credited my account. Thanks.

Snapfish is so awesome!! They have really great prices and always having some sort of sale. I ordered picture calendars for 6 family members last year from them and got them in about a week and they were super cheap and super cute!! My family couldn't stop telling me what great gifts these were!! I love Snapfish!!

I love Snapfish for ordering my digital photos. The price is very affordable and ordering is convenient. I do wish that the standard shipping was a little faster, but it is understandable because it takes time to print the photos. I will continue to use Snapfish for all the photos I want.
