Purchased airline tickets for 9 months out using the Travelocity site. They had the best price we could find for our upcoming travel needs as we will be attending a family member's wedding on the other side of the country. If the flights go as smoothly as the reservation process we will be extremely pleased with our very first experience using the travel website - Travelocity. We have been enjoying the traveling gnome on their commercials and are happy to finally be using their services!

I've used Travelocity only one time, so admittedly the pool of experience is a little thin. We were pleased with the pricing. We had issues with the site dropping our info at the payment click and had the unpleasant experience of starting from scratch. Unlike others that I see, our customer service experience was very good. They couldn't perform miracles, but they did seem to be able to provide the information that I was looking for.

Decent website, with pretty good selection and prices (very often the best on the web). But the customer server is horrible. They are not helpful at all, only apologetic, then they are not able to help you.

Wide selection, good prices, easy to order...however, customer service is HORRIBLE.
I went around the world and spent way too much time trying to get satisfaction on something that was clearly their fault...never got that satisfaction....I have vowed to never use Travelocity again.

I've booked many trips now through Travelocity and I always been happy with their last minute deals package. What I loved also it's now that all my information is save into their website so it is so quick to book anything for the whole family and it even keep your Delta, United number for the miles. Hassle Free. I always book with them because of that and that their website is easy to find anything compared to Expedia.

This was my first experience with Travelocity. I was looking to rent a car for a week. The way they present the options of all the rental car agencies is awesome! So easy to find the best deal.

Travelocity provides a complete listing and the prices are at least as good as its competitors - sometimes better. The interface is pretty straight forward and easy to use (I would prefer to be able to pick direct flights from the first screen). It is my travel webpage of choice.

You can usually find the best fare, or close to it, on Travelocity. Their fare saver emails are misleading though because getting a fare at the advertised price is often impossible due to blackout dates. There are a lot of pop up ads to deal with on this site. I wish they included the low-fare airlines, like Jet Blue and Southwest, in their search.

I was able to find the ticket with the lowest price on the net. I have called customer service with questions and got a quick connection and answer I was looking for. Online experience was good, it was well guided thru the entire process and plenty of helpful information along the way incase I had questions/doubts. I would definitely recommend purchasing from Travelocity again in the future.
