I liked it. It was my first time shopping with this company. I thought it was a fun website. You get all kinds of freebies. Found some products I liked that I may reorder. Good prices, I got a huge box that I got to open with a few fun surprises.

Shipping is a little slow. You do get free gifts when you order. Kind of like a more expensive Avon.

I have been shopping with them for years. I was happy to see them on-line. Great prices and very good selection of products, except needs more selections in make up shades. Great customer service, when I had a problem, customer service was very good about correcting the situation. Highly recommend them. NO Animal Testing which is great.

I’ve been ordering from Yves Rocher for years. Their products are top notch and their prices can’t be beat. They are a real value for your money. Plus, you always get free gifts when you place an order. I just wish they had more of a selection in makeup.

I love this company's products. I use them all the time. They work great and they are at a great price. You also get free gifts. That’s an added bonus. The confirmation emails are prompt and if you ever need help with anything they respond in 24 hours. I will continue to order from Yves Rocher.

I became acquainted with Yves Rocher boutiques about 15 years ago in Paris, where there was a YR boutique every few blocks. During the Spring time, lovely scents & aromas coming from the opened doors of the stores was so alluring! (I am hoarding some of my old, empty perfume bottles, ~works of art~ to remind me of the heady days of Springtime in Paris.)
Anyway, I am happy to report that I was delighted to find that I could still purchase YR back in the States. The catalogue is gorgeous, the website is easily navigated, customer service is so helpful & extremely knowledgeable. And the products from the bath & shower gels to the lip balms & makeup is very high quality & extremely reasonably priced. YR runs great sales & offers many coupons, too!

Products are nice and very affordable for try out. Loved the free shipping but the wait is a pain. Although they use USPS for shipping with tracking number, the tracking is not avail for tracking while in transit unlike for other carrier. Be prepared to give at least 10 business days for transit time. Other than that, I loved the freebies and the pricing.

I have ordered from Yves Rocher before. Their products are nice, but check the size before ordering is a good idea. Some of the face products are smaller bottles and seem pricey, unless on sale. They are a good company to try and they often have good deals and free shipping on a low order amount. Of course, the freebies you get with order are nice also. They don’t ship as quickly as say Avon, but if it says 8-10 days, you will get your order in that time frame. I had something out of stock that had to ship separately and that also came in a timely manner. So I highly recommend this site for beauty needs or just to try out.

I like the products but I think that they are too expensive ($45.00 for a 2.5 oz. jar is a lot.) There are some products that are reasonably priced like the shower gel. Overall, I will wait for the sales and use the coupon codes and will order from them again. I do like the free items. That gives Yves Rocher a big plus.

Yves Rocher has products of great quality. I love the gifts with order. The website has improved greatly recently. It is now much easier and faster to find what I am looking for. I am only sorry that they discontinued some aromatherapy products.

I enjoy Yves Rocher fragrant hand soap and body wash. The hand soap fragrance lingers in the bathroom after usage. The extra gifts that come with purchase are great. We get to try out new products before making a purchase or use the gifts for Christmas baskets.
