I love their return policy because there is NO limit as to when you can return an item. What a wide range of products, too, including things that are very hard to find! Friendly customer service.

They were out-of-stock on many colors for matching napkins. I had to order a solid color to coordinate with the tablecloth I purchased.
I did find a less expensive store for the same product; however they offered a smaller choice of colors.

Vermont Country Stores has the hard to find products that we all need. The site is well organized and everything you need is easy to find. Checkout was very clear and fast to get through.
