SmartBargains is the place I go first when I am looking for a bargain. They have an unbelievable selection of items in nearly every shopping category. Their site is easy to use and their delivery time is excellent.

The prices are not low: only during the clearance (twice a year) it is possible to find a real bargain. Be careful to read the item description. I bought Cavali sunglasses there and received them without a case. The customer service said that the item description did not state that the glasses come with a case. I was very surprised since I paid about $90 for the glasses and expected something more than a plastic wrapping. Shipping cost is very high unless you subscribe for their "club", which is $10 a year.

Smartbargains.com is a WONDERFUL website. Similar to Overstock.com, it's a fun site to visit as they have different items all the time & it's fun to browse and see what you can find.
A great place to check for designer items at wonderfully discounted prices too. Very easy to navigate and order from. Customer service is adequate to fine. I've purchased lots of high-end sheets & bedding at great prices too.
Highly recommended!

My experience with Smartbargains.com has been overall rather positive; however, some of their practices especially lately have been unacceptable. They raise their prices at the end of a 10% off promotion. 95% of the time the customer service staff is top of the line. Their pricing goes up and down, watch for that, and they keep things on forever at times with no change. Still, look regularly, and know how they operate and you can end up with some great deals, and in the mix expect some returns.

Smartbargains is the best store for getting high end clothing at rock bottom prices. The shipping is fast, they have courteous customer service reps, and returns are credited quickly, They have a very wide selection that you usually don't find at such low prices. There are lots of designer clothes available. My only complaint is that sometimes if an item is out of stock, you won't know it until you place your order, at which time the item will be taken out of your cart.

I have shopped with them a few times and their online store is great! The products that I bought were much cheaper than on other online stores. The customer service is wonderful. They made a mistake on shipping cost and immediately credited my account. Keep up the good work!
